Q 1: When is the next intake?
A: There’s no fixed time for intakes. The course has been structured in such a way that no matter when you join, even on a Tuesday or a Friday, as long as you attend the next 10 classes consecutively, you’ll not only cover the whole course successfully, but also get entitled to a full refund in case of failure.
Q 2: Is it the only course you provide? How about the ‘Unlimited’ one?
A: We provide both ‘Guaranteed Score in Listening’ and ‘Unlimited’ packages. The Guaranteed one costs $1,500 (a 2-week course with a full refund policy in case of failure) while the latter costs $1,300 for unlimited classes (until you score—there is no time limit).
Q 3: What do you mean by ‘Guaranteed Score in Listening’?
A: We guarantee your success in 2 weeks, provided that you meet the eligibility criteria according to your desired score (as not everyone can enrol in this package), and attend classes for 10 consecutive days only on weekdays. You are not required to enrol at the beginning of a week or month and we monitor your attendance from day one. As there are a great many factors which can affect your performance on the test day, we’ll guarantee your score in 2 tests (not 1) after you’ve attended 10 classes with us. However, if you fail to score in either of these tests, you’ll get a full refund from the Footscray branch reception without any question asked.
Q 4: What will happen if I fail to attend 10 consecutive classes due to unforeseen circumstances?
A: We will strictly monitor your attendance from the day you start. All we want is, you attend classes for 10 consecutive days, which means if you miss any class, your countdown of 10 classes will start again, and finish only when you’ve attended 10 consecutive classes, on weekdays only.
Q 5: I’m an existing student in Footscray. How can I enrol in this package?
A: You do not have to enrol in this package. You will be pleased to hear that the materials you will receive and the sessions you will attend will be the same as ‘Guaranteed Score in Listening’ package students. Also, 75% of all our students score in a month’s time at our centres. However, you will neither get the ‘guarantee’ to score nor a ‘refund’.
Q 6: Is it available in all branches?
A: At the moment, this package is available only in our Footscray branch, as it is our principal branch with more staff and additional facilities. However, for all other branches we’ve got the Unlimited one which allows you to attend classes until you score. Although you’ll neither get the guarantee to score in 2 weeks nor a refund, you will be pleased to hear that the materials you’ll receive and the sessions you’ll attend will be the same as ‘Guaranteed Score in Listening’ package students. Also, 75% of all our students score in a month’s time at our centres.
Q 7: Will you provide any documents as proof of refund? How can I be assured that you will give me a full refund if I fail?
A: First of all, you have to understand that we are not another local coaching centre. We’re the largest PTE coaching centre in Australia with 9 branches in four major cities of Australia (Melbourne, Sydney, Perth & Brisbane) and 5 branches in India , with more than 50 employees working in these branches. We take pride in the trust we have built over the last 8 years. Before you enrol in the package, you will fill in the relevant form and sign the terms and conditions, which are pretty straightforward.
Q 8: What are the ‘Eligibility Criteria’?
If your target score is 79, for you to be eligible for this ‘Guaranteed Score in Listening’ package, you need to have at least 70 in Listening and 79 in the rest, in one single test, within the last 4 weeks. If your target score is 65, you need to have at least 55 in Listening and 65 in the rest. Also, we can’t offer you this package if you’ve never taken the PTE test before.
Q 9: I’m from Sydney and I only want to enrol in the ‘Guaranteed Score in Listening’ package, not the Unlimited one?
A: We are sorry to say that this is available only in Footscray. Please note that this is not a regular course. Apparently, this ‘Guaranteed Score in Listening’ package will require more time from both our staff and teachers, which we can provide only at the Footscray branch at least at the moment, with 5 full-time teachers and 3 full-time administrative assistants.
You can enrol in our UNLIMITED PTE Classes by paying $1,300. Although you’ll neither get the guarantee to score in 2 weeks nor a refund, you’ll be pleased to hear that the materials you’ll receive and the sessions you’ll attend will be the same as ‘Guaranteed Score in Listening’ package students. Also, 75% of all our students score in a month’s time at our centres.
Q 10: What is the timetable and which session(s) do I need to attend?
A: The timetable for this package is the same as the normal Footscray timetable:
Session 1: 9am to 11am
Session 2: 11am to 1pm
Session 3: 1pm to 3pm
Session 4: 3pm to 5pm
Session 5: 6pm to 8pm
Q 11: Will I get a refund as soon as I fail in my test after finishing the course?
A: We will guarantee your Listening score in either of the 2 tests after you’ve successfully attended 10 consecutive classes. As there are a great many factors which can affect your performance on the test day, we will guarantee your Listening score in two tests, not one. However, if you fail to score in both these attempts, you will get a full refund from the Footscray branch reception without any question asked.
Q 12: Is there any requirement regarding when to book my test after finishing the course?
A: Yes, there is. You must take the first test within two weeks of completing the course (10 classes) with us. If you do not get your desired score in the first attempt, the second test has to be taken in the next four weeks.
Q 13: I’m only available at weekends. Am I eligible?
A: Unfortunately not. This is only for weekday students.
